The sealers are capable of sealing 15-20 bags per minute.These sealers allow you to keep both hands free for quicker and more accurate sealing. The machines are also equipped with a plug-in timer. The timer controls the sealing time needed for different materials. Once the timer is set, it will give a consistently flat seal. When the seal is done, the signal light on the timer will turn off.

This effectively increases the productivity of the user allowing for higher volumes of production. A standard impulse sealer will close a plastic bag up to 6 mil thick. Another rule of thumb is to purchase a sealer that is 2 inches larger than the widest bag that needs to be heat sealed. The one inch extra on each side of the bag allows for strong seals and faster operations. Both 2mm,3mm,5mm,8mm millimeter and 10 millimeter sealing widths are available for these type of foot sealers.
