No warm up time needed.Adjustable timer creates perfect seals for varying bag thicknesses. A higher time setting will cut/seal faster, or you could choose to seal without a cut, by setting the timer to a lower position (e.g. foil coffee bags). Simply place one plastic/foil bag on the sealing platform and press down the handle.The electronic circuit controls the heat time automatically.There is a light and a beeper that go off when the time has expired and the seal is done. Hold the handle down for 1 -2 seconds after the light and beeper go off to complete the seal process.
