Impulse Heat Sealer with Cutter is a tabletop impulse hand sealer with integrated cutter for polyethylene and polypropylene films up to 7 mil thick. It features a 10 mm wide, honeycomb-textured heating wire for strong, waterproof seals that conform to some medical-grade specifications.
The impulse mechanism only applies heat when the arm is pressed down enhancing safety and extending element life. A built-in beeping timer alerts you when the cycle is complete, and the adjustable timer knob lets you fine-tune for different bag thicknesses.
Position your bag on the Teflon-coated heating element, press the arm down, wait for the red indicator light to turn off, hold for a few seconds to allow the seal to congeal, slide the cutter blade to trim 1/4" excess film, then release and remove your sealed bag.
