Made of a Plastic ABS Shell and Aluminium Alloy construction that meets FDA production standards and a compact lightweight design make these impulse sealers easy to use and very effective. They include a visual heating display, variable temperatures and instant warm up.
Most models feature the standard 2mm seal, but for a more heavy duty seal, consider the 16" model with 3mm seal; this impulse heat sealer provides an 16” length and medical grade 3mm width seal with an embossed, honeycomb texture. It creates air and watertight seals on sterilization (paper-plastic) bags and tubing materials. It also has a built-in beeping timer to notify the user when each seal is complete.

Hand Impulse Heating Sealer Plastic ABS Shell PFS-Series Manual Mylar Bag Hot Sealing Machine Easy to Use:
1. Adjust the timer set to your poly plastic application.
2. Press down on the handle to activate the machine.
3. Apply pressure to allow the plastic to cool after the heat light indicator turns off to secure a strong seal.
4. Slide the trimming blade to cut the excess plastic, if applicable.
5. Release the handle.
