Impulse Sealer Plastic (ABS) Shell PFS-Series Manual Hand Plastic Bag Sealing Machine Usage:
Preparation : Place the open end of the plastic bag or pouch between the sealing bars of the machine.
Activation : Press down on the handle to lower the sealing bar onto the plastic. The heating element activates and heats up the sealing bar.
Sealing : The heat from the sealing bar melts the plastic, causing it to bond together. The duration of the heat application is controlled by the timer or control knob.
Cooling : After a few seconds, release the handle. The plastic will cool and solidify, creating a strong seal.
Removal : Once cooled, remove the sealed bag from the machine.
